I was so excited about this mug till I went to flip the lever up to take my tea out, and the basket wouldn't stay up out of the water. It totally defeated the purpose of having the tea perfect by being able to take the leaves out. I have friends that love theirs I am just an upset mine doesn't work and i'll have to return it.
