Anacara Company believes in the superior quality of their products and to insure that you are able to enjoy their products they have a 3 year limited warranty. This warranty covers any defect in workmanship or material of their products. All aluminum furniture has a warranty against peeling, cracking or blistering for one year. Fabrics also have a separate warranty by the manufacturer which applies to the structural failure of the material and does not include fading, mildew or tearing. The Anacara Company will replace or repair any Anacara product that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance. This warranty does not apply if products have failed or are damaged as the result of accident, acts of nature or improper care.

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

My sister came to visit for a week and I could hardly get her out of this chair! It sits on a screened-in porch with lots of shade. This made a perfect place for her to read to her heart's content. I shopped locally for a wicker chair and I must have sat in 20 or 30 that weren't comfortable or were too overpriced. I knew I was taking a chance by ordering online but lucky for me I got a great deal price wise and a very comfortable chair.
