We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." The co-sleeper leg extension is just what we needed to get the arms reach mini-co-sleeper to the height of our bed. The product is simple to use and it's quite sturdy. After my c-section, I found that an added bonus of the co-sleeper was that I could use the side of it like a bedrail to pull myself out of bed - the leg extensions held up without any problems.
Many online stores carry the leg extension, but CSN had the most color selection so I was able to get the right color match.
Service and delivery comments:
I needed to get the item within 3 days and paid express shipping. But CSN actually refunded me the extra shipping cost because they were able to find out that the product was being shipping from a location near me and that even without the extra shipping cost I would get the product within 3 days. Now that's great customer service!
