We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. It's a great mattress with lots of support. I'm not exactly a light guy, but I still can't feel the slats underneath the mattress. Hasn't developed any sort of crease in the middle and I don't think it will.
