The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Comments about Avenue Six Plaza Sofa:
I use this as my everyday living room sofa. I was looking to update my living room to a more modern look and this definitely does it. The seat is surprisingly large in width. I can actually sit with my legs crossed and tucked under without my knees hanging over the edge. There was one thing that concerned me about this product. Due to a manufactoring mishap, the holes on the arms of the chair were too big for the screws. Therefore the arms aren't tightly secured to the back of the chair. The arms are still attached to the bottom securely so I didn't see the need to go through the trouble of sending it back. This could have just been the case with the chair I got, but I can't imagine that there aren't other similar circumstances. This mishap wasn't that big of a deal to me, but it could be to others. Overall though, great sofa
