You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Silver service level provides two-man delivery inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

These bunk beds were absolutely wonderful!! I love them. They are perfect for two little girls which is who I got them for. I got these for my daughters (5 and 2) and they just loved it. The stairs are safe for my daughters to run up and down on them and the drawers on the beds were so deep that I can fit so much in them. The bunk beds were a little larger then I expected[...] They are great and sturdy!!

Great sturdy product, wonderful storage. Having stairs instead of a ladder is not only useful bit a lot safer for our six year old daughter.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery co. did not know what they were doing. Put pieces on backwards, they have over 23 screws and 3 brackets not put in place. Husband had to completely take apart and spend MANY HOURS installing properly so it would be safe. Delivery co. employee's stated they had NEVER installed bunk beds before. BEWARE!!! Sent e-mails and phone calls to CSN, never resolved.

This is a beautiful bed. We waited a long time for it, now that it has finally arrived,it was worth it. It is larger than I expected it to be, even though we took measuremnets but I dont care. My girls love their new bed. The shelves under the top bunk go all the way behind the stairs for more storage. Even under the bottom bunk can be used for storage. My little one loves to hide under there for now. This bed is great for toddlers because the stairs are safe enough to go up and down on them without getting hurt as with a ladder. Another great feature is that the bottom bunk has wheels on the head board to make it easy to move the bed for cleaning. There was mentioning in another review about the lower bed developing a cavity in the mattress due to lack of support. I didnt care, I figured when we got our set we will figure out a way to better support the mattress for the bottom bed. We didnt even have to worry about that it had already been corrected with more support beams added.

This bed worked perfectly for my 3 year old twins!!!! We decided on this bed becuase of the stairs and the built in storage. Its a great space saver. My only con is that the bottom bunk needs more support. Since it only has slats for support, it tends to sink in some places when myself or my husband sit on it.
