Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Silver service level provides two-man delivery inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

Everyone thinks this bed is so cool, and it is very unique. I love the storage and organization it gives my daughter's room. However, it's not going to be very fun when it's time to move. This is a quality (heavy) product.

My 2.5 year old really loves this bed. With all the built in storage it is great for small rooms. Does take about 3 hours to assemble. Used a 6 inch mattress instead of a standard 10 inch so that the railing is taller (don't what my son to roll off). That means that standard size sheets are a tad bit baggy.

Comes on one huge pallet with a few separate large boxes. Lots and lots of packaging to deal with.

We are very satisfied with this bed. It only took just over an hour for my husband and myself to assemble (with a little "help" from the 6 year old). Our daughter LOVES it! The wood color was a little darker than I expected and it looked on the website(we ordered the chestnut). But when I went back and looked at the wood swatches themselves, the swatches are closer to the true color.

The pictures on this site does not do this bed any justice; this is a really nice bed. I purchased this bed for my 9-yr old daughter and we both could not believe how the bed accomodated all of her storage and makes her room look so nice.

I upgraded my delivery to include assembly of the bed and was so glad I did. My delivery was prompt and everything arrived in good condition. The delivery guys were also great.

My son loves his new bed. It's practical, space efficiant, especially for smaller rooms. It can fit mattress up to 10" thick. Only concern really is the fact, that I'm not able to buy additional knobs in different colors. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase. It was worth my money!

My son's first "big boy bed"-he loves it. Very unique. Great for small rooms or for those with storage issues, and the desk attachment is wonderful. If you purchase, know that there is plenty of mattress space for one up to 10" thick, with enough bed left exposed to prevent rolls off of the bed.
