Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Silver service level provides two-man delivery inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

my 6 year old daughter loves it! i used the storage under it instead of the trundle. her friends also enjoy it! she had a sleepover for her 6th bday this year and the had a ball with it. they all pretended they were princesses and that it was they're palace! its a great bed and my daughter loves it. the desk is very usefull! i wanted to give my girl a beautifull bedroom. and with the help of this awesome bed i gave her a room to remember! is great!

Needed bed for son's room, but his sister has to sleep in his room when we have guests. Perfect solution for smallish bedroom. He loves his bed, the stairs are fun, the storage is great (we got storage drawers vs trundle bed under the bottom bunk). The quality is great, good support system, solid wood, nice lines. The desk is well thought out, with built in power strip, cutouts to feed cords to outlet, good drawer & shelving space. We are very happy with the purchase. It is good quality, good value, functional, great looking, & kids love it - everything we were looking for!!
