This is a great chair - the padding is very soft and comfortable and deep enough for long sitting. I work from home all day long and this chair was a great improvement over my previous cloth chair, not to mention it looks very expensive. The leather on this chair feels almost like human skin - soft but durable.
The only wish is that the chair had some sort of back recline or swivel option, which it doesn't.

I shopped high and low all over the internet for a chair based on 1 thing, it being tall enough to offer a head rest. Your chair was listed as tall enough to provide such. It did not. It was shorter than you said it was. Get your dimensions right. You've been told, so you can't blame the manufacturer anymore.
