The flavor of the smoke in the Bradley Smoker comes from the wood being used and with the Bradley Bisquette, quality is considered every step of the way. Hardwood chippings are bound together to provide a clean smoked flavor which is actually produced in the first few minutes of burning. By using a flavor bisquette every twenty minutes, the meat is exposed to more flavor. Also since the bisquettes are not burned in a burn-box or fry-pan, they also have the cleanest smoke which translate into the best flavor possible.
