Accompanied by its smoke generator, the Original Bradley Smoker is a smokehouse that can be used as a hot smoker or a low temperature smoker. As such it has a variety of uses including drying fruit, slow roasting, use as a slow cooker, or smoking meat. The Bradley flavor bisquettes offer the most flavor possible by only burning each for 20 minutes. This allows for the clean and flavorful smoke that is produced in the first few minutes to be exposed to the meat preventing any aftertaste of long burning wood chips. The size of a small fridge, the Bradley Smoker is light enough to be carried and because it automatically produces smoke it does not need to be constantly tended to letting you enjoy friends and family.
