GREAT SMOKER FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM AMOUNTS OF FOOD. I'VE FOUND THAT WHOLE CHICKENS AND TURKEY PIECES MAKE THE BEST RESULTS. PORK SPARERIBS TEND TO BECOME TOO DRY. THE CLEANUP IS VERY MESSY.
