We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. The folding tire step is excellent for cleaning windows and when removing snow and ice from the vehicle.
Service and delivery comments:
When the Folding Wheel Step arrived, about three weeks after ordering, the box was in poor condition with several holes in it. As a result a nut required for assembly was missing. A paper inside the box instructed me to contact the vendor (you) for the part. When I called your service department my name, address and telephone number were taken and I was told that I would be contacted later in the day. When my call was returned I was informed that the nut would not be sent. Because I live in an isolated area in northern Canada it is often difficult to obtain replacement parts. The bottom line is that the product is very good but I was very dissatisfied with your service department thus I would be hesitant to order from you again.
