Comments about Bumbleride Indie Twin 2009 Double Stroller:
This is my most favorite Bumbleride yet! YES, it's heavy. YES, it's bulky. But it's a side by side double stroller that supports up to 90 pounds of kid/cargo weight. What do you expect?
I had no problems putting it together by myself, nor do I have problems folding it closed or lifting it into my vehicle. It's so easy to fold, I'm not sure why others are having problems with it.
My boys (2 1/2 yrs. and 8 wks.) are super comfy in this stroller. I added the snack pack for my older son so he'd have a place to keep his cup, snacks, and a few small toys. He loves it! He's very tall and is still comfortable sitting in it.
It's super easy to maneuver when the front wheels are in the swivel position. The very day it was delivered I decided to take the boys to our local outdoor shopping mall to see how it performed. It is a piece of cake to get in and out of doors on your own (as long as the cupholder isn't attached) and navigate narrow and crowded spaces.
We had a Queen B for my first son when he was born and didn't like it very much. We currently also have a Flyer, which is a great single stroller. But the Indie Twin is the Granddaddy of them all.
The only somewhat negative thing I have to say is that the Ruby color isn't as vibrant as it appears online and in the photos. I was expecting more of a fire engine red, but it's a little more muted. It still looks great, though!

Comments about Bumbleride Indie Twin 2009 Double Stroller:
While this stroller is very comfortable for my 5 month old and my 2 year old, it is not worth the money. It is a big stroller and when the infant seat is in, it feels even bigger and bulkier. Once I was done using the infant seat, it felt a little better. It is extremely heavy. Putting this thing in and out of my car is a pain and I have an SUV. And forget about lugging it in and out of the house! It often takes a couple of tries to get it folded correctly. There are a couple of steps for both folding and opening. It is even difficult to get it clipped once it is folder and and then unclipped because it is so tight. It often hurts my fingers. I only clip one side just so I don't have to deal with hurting my finger two times! I don't think that it is as sturdy as I would expect for the money. I am always worried when I am on walks and on a bumpy sidewalk. The kids feel everything and I am always afraid something is going to happen to one of the tires. Not a very good shock system. Although I get lots of compliments on its style and it serves its purpose for my walks around the neighborhood, I wish I would have gone with a lighter, easier to fold/unfold, version of the side by side.
