The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

This desk is a great home office furniture. It did take me about 6 hours to assemble it, but if you read the instruction, it is pretty straight forward. Once assembled, the desk looks great, more expensive looking than the price paid. So, if you are in the market for a nice home office desk with lots of drawer space at a good price, this will meet your needs.

This is a great desk for the price. We have several in our office. It has a large file drawer, not a computer tower space like a lot of smaller desks. It also has drawers that lock which is a definate plus. The style is very attractive and there are many choices in the Bush Saratoga line that can go along with it. Perfect for our office!

Purchased 2 of these desks for work - wanted the cherry finish with a black inlay that wouldn't scratch. The cherry laminate is very cheap looking and there are places where the "sticker" that is supposedly wood is already knicked off. The drawers also stick when trying to pull out. Took approx. 6 hours to assemble each desk. The black inlay has maybe glue (?) that won't come off no matter what product attempting to scrub it away in almost all 4 corners of each desk :(. All in all I needed this product for function but it's much much cheaper looking than i had hoped. If I had seen it ahead of time - as opposed to just online, I would NOT have purchased it!

Great product. you will need that power screw driver at hand. overall easy to install if you can read. but it will take a couple of hours.
saved 300-400 dollars on a fully installed desk of this caliber.

This product is great for home use! It is VERY solid and provides adequate work space, even with computer accessories on it...a great buy!
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt, but desktop was damaged by forlift in transit...called manufacturer and they promptly sent another desktop, no questions asked! Unfortunately, that one was broken in half when it arrived. Called and ordered a third desktop, again no questions asked, and it arrived in perfect condition! A little frustrating in the beginning, but the excellent customer service made up for it!
