The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

[...] The price was unbeatable. The hinges and latches were not very straight since the holes are pre-drilled. Overall the desk looks beautiful! The back board piece wasnt great since you can see the folds. For the price I would totally recommend this desk with the hutch.

It is a good desk but i scratched it the first weekend with the rough side of a velcro patch. It took a while to set up (almost a whole day with the hutch included) it looks great and is very functional but could use more drawer space. looks good though in my home office

I ordered this set to refurnish my home office.
Pros: The size and design work great in the space. It feels really sturdy and provides ample storage space. The filing drawer and hutch are nice to have. It is compact and great if you have a small space. If you have lots to store get the hutch if not I would say opt out.
Cons: It took my husband and I a very long time to assemble. We ended up putting it all together over two days, hutch and desk. The cpu storage area does not allow for proper ventilation and my cpu kept overheating. The doors were a little difficult for me to put on and it takes some playing around with the hinge and screws to get them straight.
Nonetheless, I really do like my new office space with this furniture. The cons I can live with. I just thought I would mention them in case someone else can't.

Ours is a small firm - small budget. This furniture looks expensive but isn't. Sturdy construction means a long life. Well designed - not hard to construct. But allow plenty of time and be patient. To keep the work surface looking good we bought clear desk pads.

Customer service was wonderful. Initial delivery was prompt but the replacement parts took a while to get here. Obviously it was damaged before it left for shipping because the box was not damaged when I recieved it

Overall I love the desk. I use it for fr just about everything. It has plenty of storage space for both my wife's things and mine. I would buy it again.
