You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
White Glove Freight Service Levels
We offer 2 different levels of service for this item: White Glove Gold and White Glove Platinum. White Glove Gold service is selected as your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to White Glove Platinum you may make this selection in your cart during the checkout process. White Glove Gold
Gold service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

I should preface my remarks by telling you I am a cabinetmaker. My primary complaint is that this unit is not all solid cherry. The top, face frame & doors are solid , however the base, sides and shelves are plywood veneer. The back panels are 1/8" luan, not cherry and on my unit one of the panels was loose because the builder ran out of staples before he finished and didn't notice, so he was shooting blanks, so to speak.
In conclusion the unit is still a good piece of furniture, just not quite as advertised.
Two suggestions: put at least 1/4" plywood cherry veneer on the back and let the finish cure properly before putting it in the box, mine was still soft when I received it
