I purchased this mattress along with a toddler bed for my grandson, who needed his own space. I have a small sunroom off of my office that is too small for a twin bed, but it is perfect for this bed and mattress. It will accommodate him for a couple of years and his baby sister after that. The bed and mattress are sturdy, well made and just right for my needs.

Until we found the right crib, my daughter slept in a bassinette in our room. By the time she was 4 months, she was too big for her bassinette and started to need solid foods. Also at this time, she was having a hard time sleeping at night. Once we introduced her to her new bedding (and rice cereal), she took to it right away. This was a worthwhile purchase.
