Eagle type I safety cans meet the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's and the National Fire Protection Association's Code 30 requirements. These cans have the UL and FM stamp of approval, which means they have been tested and approved for the safe handling and storage of gasoline and other flammable liquids. Eagle cans feature environmentally friendly lead free technology and are constructed of 24-guage hot dipped galvanized steel.
