This stackable patio armchair has great lines which are characterized by the close-mesh net in a pressed steel frame. Its metal mesh incorporated design gives rise to delicate harmonies and symmetries of light through the transparencies, giving an elegant beauty to the chairs. Complete with a cushion, it is a comfortable armchair also for moments of working at the table. The Athena series throughly embellishes both the terraces and gardens of villas and houses in the country and town with austere charm.

Due Emu’s innovative design and their idea of outdoor comfort they have received awards, been featured in magazines, participated in many international fairs, and have even furnished movie sets. Over the past year Emu has received many European honors such as the Gioia Casa Magazine (Italy) “100 Best Design 2006” and the “les decouvertes” at the Maison et Objet Fair in Paris for the indoor/outdoor category.
