Auth-Florence Warranty Information Auth-Florence provides a five year warranty, from the date of shipment, covering defects in material and workmanship of all equipment. This warranty guarantees factory replacement and/or repair of all defective items. This warranty does not cover improper installations, misuse, or minor repairs by the customer and user. We make no other warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
