Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
White Glove Freight Service Levels
We offer 2 different levels of service for this item: White Glove Gold and White Glove Platinum. White Glove Gold service is selected as your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to White Glove Platinum you may make this selection in your cart during the checkout process. Please read the service descriptions below to determine which level is best for your needs.
White Glove Gold
Gold service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

Love the product, contemporary, unique, stylish, well constructed. Leather seems very thick, likely to last a life-time. Minor flaw on 1 of 8 legs, where under-padding wasn't fully extended resulting in wrinkled exterior view. 1 of 4 arms had very noticeable, fairly deep run indentations -- looks like a manufacturing flaw. It will require replacement or repair.
Service and delivery comments:
Smart, efficient website. Very friendly and professional customer service. Fast, 3-week order-to-delivery period. Packaging was not enough to properly protect soft-wood arm pieces. Multiple, torn pieces of card board wrapped around sofa and love seat were only 1-ply thick, covered in thin plastic wrap. Foam padding under cardboard on feet only. Result? 3 of 4 arms scratched and dented, requiring replacement or repair service. If the delivery people had been very careful the thin packaging may have been enough to prevent damage, but they were not.
