You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

Gold service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). *In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

This furniture is beautiful and well made. The ordering, delivery and set-up were exceptional. I have the entertainment wall (which includes a bookcase on either side). My only real objection is that the "artificial worm holes" are not randomly placed so they look artificial. This is particularly evident on the doors. Also, on a few small places, the finish has chipped off and I cannot find a repair kit in black (plenty available in browns). This furniture is far superior to what is mostly available, and the home delivery and pre-assembled state made it well worth the price. If not for the worm holes, I'd have rated it a 5. In fact, I'd suggest the manufacturer skip the worm holes; they really don't add anything.

The delivery service was slightly later (2hrs) than they said they'd be there, but they did a nice job placing the pieces. It looks good in my home and is of just the right scale.
