We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

The actual product is working out fine for us, but getting it put together was quite an ordeal. The instructions for assembly really need to be improved. There was one part of the instructions that even required that a strap be tighted around the TV during assembly, however their was NO strap included. And this type of strap is not something that one would just happen to have. Nor was this strap sold separately.
