My wife and I use this in our bedroom. Didn't have many choices when it came to where we put things. And our TV found it's way up on the fireplace mantel. It did not have any place for our dish receiver or DVD player. I ended up placing this directly above the tv. This made it perfect to hide all those wires and be near the tv. The only problem I had with installation was I could not get the anchors into the lathing behind the plaster. I ended up not even using the plastic anchors. All in all, this is a great product for it's design, pricing, and easy to install.

This is a versatile bracket and can be used for many applications. I am using mine to elevate a dehumidifier in my finished basement in order for the water to drain out into a drain. I am sending for another one to put a microwave on it.This is definitely a good alternative to support numerous appliances.

I spent a long time searching for a component shelf for my cable box and other devices to mount under a wall mounted LCD. There were a handful out there which bolt to one stud which would leave the shelf off-center. This shelf easily bolted to two studs which gave me the centered look I've been looking/waiting for.

This is a great mount. Nice and shiny with smooth edges and a cover for the mounting plate. The one and only issue is that is MUST be centered between two studs. So unless where you want it to go is centered between two studs then you'll be unable to use this mount.

Great addition to any flat screen tv! It was quick and easy to install. I loved it so much, I bought another one for a different part of the house. Only downside is that the arms have circular grooves at the end that only snugly fit certain A/V component boots. I wish it came with universal boots for your equipment. This was by far the easiest mount I've ever used.

It works very well to suport your DVD/receiver under your wall mounted (Paramount articulating from M&M) flat panel screen because it is very streamlined. Use an all in one DVD and receiver or HTPC (with wirless keyboard/mouse) and run the wiring in a surface mount raceway to the screen and you will have a neat and complete setup.
