The small caps that hand the items had to be ordered twice as the screw fitting was not done properly - so the item tool 4 weeks to be completed. Very poor quality. Even though my daughter loves it and it is functional.

This product is really not for adult sized coats/jackets. It is meant for kids sized coats/jactets. The backpacks also fit nicely here. It is a good height for the kids to hang things themselves.
