The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

We just bought this last month. I was worried about the guy that said they had to drill. This just wasn't true. I imagine that he had a part or 2 reversed. Then I could see that happening. My daughter loves this thing, but the crossbars are about 6feet off the ground. I know this because it's exactly my forehead height. So be careful tucking her in or kissing good night. Great sturdy bed. Metal construction. Can be tedious to assemble, but me and my wife did it in about an hour. Good Buy!

I initially had some concerns regarding the cost of this bed, but the contemporary style was perfect. I had looked around at other beds but nothing seemed to compare. I bit the bullet and made the purchase and am thrilled that I did. The bed is beautiful and amazingly sturdy design. A little difficult to assemble, but nothing too complex. An investment well worth the money.
Service and delivery comments:
I paid through PayPal and didn't realize that Paypal had an old address. The bed was shipped to the old address, but luckily the shipping company made some calls and delivered it to the correct address. Excellent customer service!

Delivery was on time, the product did not arrive in good condition. The delivery driver noted that the carton was damaged. When we opened the bed the side panels were bent and damaged. My daughter cried because she really wanted her bed, so my father fixed it, so if you have a welder in the family you should have no problems.
