Hoses and reels have a warranty limit of 2-5 years, all other products have no limited warranty upon the day of purchase, except for inclement weather conditions that may effect certain outdoor products. Suncast Corporation are willing to do replacement parts on items that may be fading, missing, or doesn't seem right with product.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Great way to store hose that is in the sun most of the day. Attractive design. Extends life of hose. Keeps hose out of the way in the driveway so it doesn't get run over. Keeps people from falling over hose that is laying on ground. Great product. This was a replacement for a 6 yr old hose hideway that had a broken crank.
