For more than 40 years, Swanstone has been creating innovative and affordable solid surface products and materials for customers all over the world. It started in 1964, when they introduced the Swan Shell Shower, a doorless, shell-shaped shower that captured the spirit of its time.

My cabinet man installed it, so I can't give any comments on that, and I haven't used it long enough to have noticed any "cons." I love the appearance (I got the gray granite), the size and the ease of maintenance (so far, anyway.) I looked for a long time before I made a decision on a new laundry tub, and I'm satisfied I made the right one.
