White Glove Bronze (Additional $99):
White Glove Bronze service provides two-man delivery, to inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage this means the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage the product will be left in your front entrance, or mudroom. If you live in an apartment building or condo the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
White Glove Gold (Additional $149):
White Glove Gold delivery service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
These types of delivery are different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that the product will arrive by a freight carrier (companies like Roadway, Yellow, ABF, Watkins, etc.). The most important thing to remember when accepting delivery is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

This is the most comfortable sofa. My boyfriend absolutely loves it and said it is the best investment I've ever made. Seating is not too firm, but not too soft and it's very easy to clean. It was definitely worth the price paid and then some.

If you like the picture---you will love this couch!!! I normally go for designer names-but unfortunately at this time,it wasn't in my budget and I desperately needed a couch. I am not an online shopper and was sure I would be disappointed. I shopped at our local furn. stores and everything was sooo expensive and the items in the thousand dollar range were disgusting!!!! I can honestly say there are no hidden flaws on this couch. It is as awesome and comfy as it looks. My boyfriend is calling me a couch potato b/c I can't get my but off the couch. The only noticeable difference (which was to my advantage)is that the cushions are darker-more like a taupe! If I knew it would look and feel like this I would have paid more. What a steel!!! I love it!!!

The comfort and quality is absolutely amazing. I was really worried about ordering such a major purchase online but this set is supreme in quality to other sectionals I have seen is our local stores and the price can not be matched. It looks and feels like a $3000. set. But most of all the comfort is what I absolutely am thrilled with.

This furniture is extreamly easy to clean. Believe me with 3 young kids in the house it goes though some wear and tear. My only concern is around the stiching areas you can tell that the fabric is easily comprimaised and may tear or rip if caution is not used when cleaning. Over all. I do not regret my purchase and would recommend this company to family and friends.

We were very impressed on the quality of the furniture. The color is slightly darker than pictured. The cushions are firm, but very comfortable. If you are into earthtone colors this would be a great choice. It is bigger than we could imagine, but fits comfortably in our greatroom. Just be sure you have a good size room.
Service and delivery comments:
The only problem that we have is the tape residue is on one of the cushions. I have not tried to clean it in fear of discoloring it.
