We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I love the product. One chair had a broken strut from leg to leg. but I didn't want to ship it back so I glued it. But recomend this product.

Can't beat the price! I searched high and low and bought 6 chairs for the price that I would have paid for 3 else where, [...] I would definately purchase these chairs from them again! Study, well put together, [...] I would reccommend the return insurance, I didn't need it, but for the cost of it vs. what return shipping would have costed if I didn't like it or there were damages was well worhth the $17!

Used these in my kitchen. They arrived ASSEMBLED! I was so thrilled! Nice and sturdy, but the scale was a bit smaller than I expected. Would be perfect for a smaller desk or a smaller scale kitchen table (mine is a heavy teak table, and the chairs are a bit dwarfed). I did lots of shopping for chairs like these and did not find anything comparable at the price point. Great value!
