We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Great island for a small space.
Not meant for extra storage as there are only two small drawers.
Good for having a quick breakfast on your way out the door.
the stools ARE a bit short because they're designed to be stored in the island, this does not detract from the quality.

This table was a perfect fit for the space I had. It took me 10 minutes to assemble and was quite simple to do. I actually leave the leaf open and it makes a nice addition to my kitchen space. It is a stool so don't think your gonna be a comfortable person though. Sitting for 20 minutes is long enough but it gets the job done when eating or prepping food. I would recommend to anyone with a tight space or an open kitchen/living room set up. It completed the empty space.
