We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. These are great chairs, perfect height for my counter. The only downfall is when you first open the plastic around the cushion its smells sooo bad, but the smell goes away in a few days. The cushions are super thick and swivel nicely. Can't find a better deal then this...believe me I looked.
