We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I love the simplicity and look of it; it's extremely pretty.
For a tiny desk, it has a decent amount of drawer space and storage.
Damage: It has a small but certainly visible chip in the front bottom of the hutch. I have to place something in front of that spot.
